Norbury High is excited to announce our new partnership with Hemisphere Education.

Hemisphere is a training platform that helps disrupt bias and improve racial literacy. It has been developed by Rare, multi-award-winning leaders in race equity in education and employment. Rare’s clients include Oxford University, Cambridge University, JP Morgan, McKinsey, 95% of the UK’s top law firms, and the Civil Service Fast Stream.

Hemisphere offers a whole-school approach to building belonging. It assists teachers in understanding, safeguarding and nourishing Black students; it empowers students in their peer-to-peer interactions. It draws on government data; Rare’s 2021 survey into the school experience of several hundred of the UK’s highest achieving students; and 18 years’ experience to foster success.
