Year 7 admissions
The move from primary to secondary education can be a daunting as well as an exciting time for students, parents and carers. We aim to make this transition as positive as possible.

Applications for places must be made on the Common Application Form provided and administered by Croydon Local Authority or the borough in which you live. Norbury High School for Girls no longer requires a separate supplementary form to be completed.
Consultation: 2026-27 admissions
In accordance with the School Admissions Code (September 2021), we are consulting on the admission arrangements for entry in September 2026.
Please see the draft admission arrangements at the bottom of this page along with a document summarising the main proposed changes.
The consultation period will last from Friday 15th November 2024 to Friday 10th January 2025. Responses must be received by Friday 10th January 2025. In your response, please include your full name, title and contact details. Responses can be sent by email, post or online form:

Sixth form admissions
Moving from GCSE to post-16 education can be both exciting and daunting for students, parents and carers; when the process also includes starting at a new college the emotional side of things can be intensified. Fortunately, we are experienced at managing transitions like these and are well positioned to help.
