Our year 11 hospitality and catering students had their mock exams recently and created a variety of elegantly presented dishes representing a range of cultural influences.

The mock exam required students to produce one course in a set time, preparing ingredients, cooking and presenting their outcomes. A hugely impressed Ms Campbell commented: "Our students have blown us away with their professionalism and creativity when presenting their work for marking."
